Co-Founder
Patrick Wan
Patrick Wan, the co-founder of Pinnacle Connect Limited, is a seasoned financial professional with a distinguished background in private equity and auditing within the financial services industry. Patrick joined SAIF Partners in 2013 as the Chief Financial Officer of private equity funds, where he enriched his knowledge of the private equity landscape, including fundraising, investor relations, portfolio management, risk, compliance, regulatory and reporting. He also acted as a director of a SFC registered hedge fund for 10 years. Prior to his role at SAIF Partners, Patrick had over a decade of auditing experience gained during his tenure at Big 4 auditing firms, which solidifying his foundation in auditing practices within the financial services industry. Patrick holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree with high distinction from the University of Toronto and is a Chartered Public Accountant with professional qualifications from the Hong Kong, United States and Canada. At Pinnacle Connect Limited, Patrick leverages his extensive expertise to provide strategic financial guidance and tailored advisory services to clients in the asset management sector. Committed to delivering value-added solutions and fostering long-term client relationships, Patrick aims to help clients achieve their financial goals effectively in today's dynamic financial landscape.

Anita Chan
Anita Chan, co-founder of Pinnacle Connect Limited, has been working in the private equity funds sector for more than 20 years and has extensive experience in financial management, investment operations and funds administration. In 2005, Anita joined SAIF Partners as Director of Finance and Operations, where she has successfully overseen and nurtured the growth of three private equity funds, skillfully managing all operational aspects with expertise and passion. Before joining SAIF Partners, Anita spent 8 years in a similar role at another private equity fund and gained 4 years of experience in accounting, auditing, and taxation at a Chartered Public Accountant firm in Hong Kong. Anita is a qualified accountant and a member of the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants (HKICPA). She is also a Chartered Secretary and Chartered Governance Professional, as well as a member of The Hong Kong Chartered Governance Institute (HKCGI). She holds a Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Business Administration, from California State University in the United States. With her diverse background and strong expertise, Anita is enthusiastic about bringing her skills to Pinnacle Connect Limited. She looks forward to sharing her experience with clients and exploring opportunities to achieve great things together.
